Telephone outage 13/01/2022 up to 15mins between 10:00 and 12:00

On Thursday between 10:00 and 12:00 there will be a short 15min outage to our telephone system whilst its upgraded.

We are excited to be switching to GP Connect cloud telephony which comes with an array of advantages to help improve our patient service to you. This is one of the many change improvements being implemented to continually improve service.

1 Queue buster call back patient option. Save on phone bill and keep your queue position progressing whilst you get on with your day.
2 appointment cancellation patient option.
3 incoming call patient record matching. Speeds up reception staff opening the correct record.
4 Remote working. Staff who are well but stuck at home empowered to carry on working.
5 headsets for all staff. Reduces time needed between patients for data entry.
6 Advanced dashboard reporting. Even greater insights into phone performance enabling the management team to tweak available staff towards demand peaks.
7 Call recording on all phones.
